UnistarX was founded in response to a problem homeowners across the Bay Area encounter repeatedly.
California's regulatory environment demands more coordination than nearly anywhere else in the country. On a typical project, a homeowner may find themselves managing communication across a designer, a permit expediter, a general contractor, and several subcontractors — with no single party accountable for the full outcome.
UnistarX was structured to eliminate that problem entirely. Design, permit submissions, and primary construction trades are all managed in-house.
